Goal Gallon is currently only accepting U.S. orders. U.S. orders ship via US Postal Service. Please provide any special shipping instructions or guidelines at the time the order is placed. You are responsible for filing damage claims with the carrier if the goods are damaged in transit.

RETURN POLICY

If your not satisfied with your Goal Gallon bottle and for any other refunds, please contact customerservice@goalgallon.com to see what we can do! Typically, non-warranty returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt if the bottle is unused, in the original packaging, and contains all original parts/accessories.

If your non-warranty return is accepted, we’ll process your refund, less any original shipping/handling fees or taxes, within 2 weeks of our receipt of the bottle after an inspection from our team.
